American Idol season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez has spent the entire year hard at work on her debut album with Ne-Yo (Beyonce’s “Irreplaceable”, Rihanna’s “Take A Bow”), Harvey Mason (Fantasia’s “Ain’t Gon Beg U”, Justin Timberlake’s “Still On My Brain”, and Rykeyz (Fantasia’s “Man Of The House”, Keyshia Cole’s “Signature”). Pairing an impressive array of producers with the success of season 11 winner Phillip Phillips’ debut, there’s a great set-up being prepared for Jessica’s first album. “Jump In” serves as the buzz single from her as-yet-untitled album and features Black Eyed Peas rapper apl.de.ap. The song is a feel-good, inspirational track with an equally moving video. While the song was not released in the state, the “Jump In” video gives a sense of the post-Idol material we’ll be hearing from Sanchez. With her buzz single is an indicator of her first studio release, look for great music (and vocals) from Jessica throughout the next year. Watch Jessica’s “Jump In” below.
