Katy Perry has earned her second major cover of 2013 with her spotlight on the September Elle UK magazine front pages. With the retiring of the #teenagedreamera came the end of cupcake bras, peppermint dresses, and neon colored wigs, which led to a more polished, high-fashion Perry. The Queen even goes as far to describe her style as a “boho Lolita”. Elle UK’s prestigious September cover was beautifully shot by Mariano Vivanco and features Katy wearing some of the most elite designers in the industry today.
