Although the Nickelodeon cult classic aired for just two seasons, ‘Salute Your Shorts’ was one of the shows that shaped many childhoods for #80sbabies. Since the show has been off the air, there have been many petitions to reboot the Nick favorite to no avail. As a gift to fans, the original cast members met up at Portland’s Everything Is Festival for a brief reunion and photo ops with the diehards. My personal favorite cast member (known as “Donkey Lips”) hinted at a possible adult spin-off, which tells fans that anything could happen with America’s favorite pranksters.
