The reigning Queen of Pop Katy Perry has been climbing to the top of superstardom years after the release of her critically-acclaimed album ‘Prism’. After receiving universal praise for her Superbowl XLIV performance (and subsequently winning an Emmy for it as well), Katy is unveiling all of her hard work for the greatest sports halftime performance in history. Dubbed ‘Katy Perry: Making Of The Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show’, the documentary will showcase the hard work put into creating the most watched halftime show ever through a major motion picture format. The official trailer for the upcoming film shows Katy rehearsing, praying with Lenny and Missy, and even highlights the numerous downfalls of playing the elusive Superbowl halftime gig. Although the show is a mere twelve minutes, the overall quality of Katy’s show proves that there’s way more work than what’s viewed by the general public. Watch the official ‘Katy Perry: Making Of The Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show’ trailer below and look out for the film to hit select theatres early next year.
